The EMEPC building is located within the Logistics Command Support Unit (Military Barracks).

 

If you are coming by car from Lisbon - exit at Av. Marginal at the Paço de Arcos exit just after Paço de Arcos Garden. Pass the first roundabout ahead and at the 2nd roundabout take the first exit. The EMEPC is 250 m on your right.

 

If you are coming by car from Oeiras - get off at Av. Marginal at Paço de Arcos exit following Santo Amaro de Oeiras Beach. Pass the first roundabout ahead and at the 2nd roundabout take the first exit. The EMEPC is 250 m on your right.
