The GDPR presents a new, clearer and more predictable legal regime for organizations and individuals, adapted to the new digital age. The main purpose of this regulation is to protect the fundamental right to protect personal data in the growing and unavoidable tendency of citizens to be increasingly consumers of digital products and services, whose personal data are often used for different purposes.
